^{What is your investment?}

FundChise® consist of four areas of economic opportunities, your first financial committee is your monthly dues of $38.66. Forty-six percent of your dues are earmarked for franchise purchasing and or financing by the team that you have joined. Your second financial committee is a $21 one-time product purchase describe in the members only section of FundChise.Com. Your third financial committee is a one time fee of $1,040.58 for the development of ‘raw land’ in your team’s targeted community.

Your fourth financial committee is a one-time fee of $50 to join FundChise® Purchasing Group and Insurance Captive.

^{What is my Return?}

All FundChise® loans to member only teams are fixed in the FundChise® Centers LLC by-laws. The rate is twenty-percent. The repayment times for the loans are one, three, seven, or ten years. The loan origination fee is fixed at five-percent. The Loss Reserve Fund is six percent. Each thirty-one member team is responsible for the repayment of the loan.

Based on a mix of (1 yr, 3 yrs, 7 yrs, and 10 yrs) one loan per month over a twelve month period the average principle and interest (paid directly to each member monthly) can average about fifty-five percent annually.

All Loans and FundChise® members participate in loans are via FundChise®'s proprietary I-LAS© (Incremental Loan Allocation system).
